Our primary emphasis is the development of strategies that support the collaboration and organization that best serve disaster survivors and responders; while examining
ways to achieve efficiencies and savings. Â
The central ethos of 5PL is our commitment to developing collaboration
between all parties involved in emergency response to disasters to implement effective resource management for disaster and emergency operations.  Working with our affiliates, services can be provided that support
federal, state, local, non-profit, and private sector organizations help prepare
for and respond to disaster events.
